Ombudsman launches public awareness survey
On August 27, 2026, the Ombudsman of Curaçao is launching a survey to measure the level of awareness of the institution within the Curaçao community.
Through this survey, the Ombudsman primarily aims to assess the extent to which residents are familiar with the institution and whether they know in which specific situations they can appeal to the organization.
The insights gained will be used to shape the strategic approach to better reach and serve the community. The survey is available both online (via www.ombudsman.cw) and at several public locations. The questionnaire is accessible in Papiamentu, Dutch, English, and Spanish.
